The challenge
Connecting security across multiple communities
Emaar Properties was looking for a security system with ample scalability and adaptability for Arabian Ranches 3. They needed a platform that could connect multiple communities and enable centralized control. In addition, they wanted to integrate both video management and their Emaar One property management app with physical access control, while providing secure and convenient vehicle access for tenants, visitors, and contractors at the gates. It was also important to have a local partner that could provide implementation and configuration support.
What they did
Central control backed by local support
Emaar chose to install AEOS physical access control. With a network of experienced Nedap channel partners, they were able to select a local company to support the implementation and integration with video management and the Emaar One app. All seven communities are on one security system and can be monitored and managed via one web-based dashboard. And long-range Nedap UHF RFID readers provide streamlined vehicle access at the entry and exit gates.
