The challenge
Balancing high-security with future-proof flexibility
Marassi Galleria wanted to implement a new physical access control system that would ensure high security levels. They wanted this new system to be flexible enough to shape around their needs – both now and as they change over time. And adaptable enough to be futureproof, allowing them to incorporate new technologies and approaches as they emerge.
What they did
Combining on-premises security with a real-time view
The mall chose to implement AEOS physical access control. The fact AEOS is an on-premises system was part of the decision, as that gives added surety around high security levels. They also integrated a video management system, which gives them a real-time view of events along with video verification. And Nedap’s long-range UHF readers allow seamless vehicle access for employees.
