Reliable, adaptable control
Emaar wanted a robust new access control system for this upscale property. One that would be futureproof, flexible and able to integrate with their centralised systems and other technologies. They wanted to use mobile IDs, for example, and video monitoring to capture images of every event and send alerts in an emergency. They were also looking for local, expert technical support.
What they did
A flexible, futureproof system
Emaar chose to install AEOS – an access control platform that offers high levels of flexibility and futureproofing. Based on open architecture, AEOS enables endless integration options. At Grand Bleu Tower, it’s integrated with the HanwaTechWin Video management system, the EmaarOne property management app and long-range readers for vehicle identification. It enables Emaar to operate a centralised, standardised security system across their residential towers and communities, with knowledgeable support from local experts.
