Integration description
The integration between AEOS and Thales Cogent Face Recognition Platform (FRP) is to grant a user physical access via facial recognition. The integration supports enrollment of user’s live image and authorize the access by comparing a live image with the one associated to a badge or by searching the live image against the database of enrolled photos. A friendly user interface shows access result to the end user. AEOS and FRP communicate via DIP over IP.
- Enhanced access control: End user can access the entrance with or without swiping the badge. Also, he can be recognized even when wearing a face mask.
- Friendly user interface: The interface provides visual feedback to the user about the access result or issue and provide guidance e.g. moving forward/backward for capturing a good live image.
- Scalability: FRP is scalable to any number of access control points and large watchlists
- Audit: FRP can output attendance report for further audit. Report is customisable per real needs.
