Integration description

This integration is developed and owned by Thinking Software Ltd.

The integration between Nedap AEOS and RotaOne connects access control with workforce management, enabling organisations to maximise the value of their existing AEOS infrastructure while improving operational efficiency. RotaOne links directly with Nedap AEOS, allowing organisations to configure which AEOS door readers are monitored as real-time IN and OUT points for Time & Attendance. This removes the need for separate clocking hardware, allowing existing access control infrastructure to be used for accurate employee time recording. By automatically keeping AEOS and RotaOne synchronised, the integration helps eliminate duplicate data entry and reduces the risk of human error. Accurate attendance information can then be used throughout RotaOne to support workforce management, payroll outputs and business reporting. Using data captured by AEOS, RotaOne provides a comprehensive Workforce Management solution

The integration also extends to Musterd, Thinking Software’s Roll Call and Evacuation Management System. AEOS data can be used to support dynamic roll calls, helping organisations:

  • Replace paper-based roll calls.
  • Support roll call and safety obligations.
  • Operate effectively during emergency evacuations.
  • Generate Roll Call Audit Reports to demonstrate emergency preparedness and compliance.

By combining Nedap AEOS with RotaOne, organisations gain a connected solution that links access control with workforce management, helping to improve efficiency, reduce administration and make better use of the data already being captured through their AEOS system.
