The challenge
Providing future-proof protection
BSK’s access control system was outdated and had limited features. It wanted a new system with the flexibility and scalability to provide future-proof protection, and a partner to provide service support. Having faced high-level threat previously, BSK also wanted to be able to secure the school quickly in an emergency. And it wanted to combine several functions on one platform to make managing them much easier.
What they did
Easing the management burden
BSK implemented AEOS access control and integrated it with a video management system. AEOS now takes care of functions including visitor management and guard tours, as well as access control. And it allows BSK to pre-set emergency lock-down procedures and efficiently export and filter data while upholding its privacy policy. BSK has been able to continue using its existing cards, third-party readers and cabling structure, which has saved money and minimised disruption.
